A 6th generation Texan, Joshua Jones has built radio stations from the ground up: sales force, administration, promotions, on-air, website, social media channels, etc etc, into nationally-recognized multiple-award-winning radio channels. Additionally, he has created and produced one of the largest 100% radio station-produced music festivals in the country: KHYI's Texas Music Revolution. Via the radio station, music festival and consulting, he has worked with major brands (and six-figure sponsorships) as well as household-name artists for over 2 decades.

In 2009 Joshua was commissioned by Shiner Bock to create and produce a national promotion to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Spoetzl Brewery. He has produced or co-produced 8 studio albums. One of which sold almost 15K units.

Joshua has a BA from Hardin-Simmons University & an MS from the University of North Texas.

In his own words, “I hang my hat on my creativity, my ability to create and sustain strategic partnerships, my ability to put great teams together, and to be able to do all this at half the cost of most people (from years of running a "mom & pop" with a small budget and small staff in a major market media outlet.)

He has teenage triplets and a 4 year old son and is married to the coolest person he has ever met.
